Welcome to my author page. I live in the picturesque Suffolk town of Sudbury. With a wonderful wife and two beautiful daughters I started creating Children’s Books in 2022. Spending hours a week reading to my children I wanted to create something that would leave a lasting legacy, something that in years to come my daughters can look back and say “my Dad did that”. My imagination took me to Gonks. Unable to look anywhere at Christmas without seeing another gonk I realised these cute creatures would make for the perfect magical world that children would enjoy.
With help in original design from my very talented sister in-law Mia, Alf the Gonk was created. A mix of Celtic and Viking heritage Alf literally means, friend of the elves. With two books currently published, The Lost Gonk and Alf’s London Adventure I hope you, your children, grandchildren, nephews, nieces and anyone who loves gonks joins me and continues on the adventures with The Land of Gonk.
